When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Kuro Line Ventures LLC, trading as ZenPaws, reserves the right to accept or refuse an order for any reason at its discretion. An order is not accepted until written confirmation from ZenPaws is provided. Payment must be received and processed before an order is confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellation requests may not be accepted after confirmation. If we refuse, modify, or cancel an order, we may contact you using the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided with the order.

Your purchases are subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

You represent that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the extent permitted by law.

Kuro Line Ventures LLC, trading as ZenPaws, uses Shopify to provide the Services. Any sale or purchase made through our Store is made directly with Kuro Line Ventures LLC, trading as ZenPaws. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Kuro Line Ventures LLC, including damage, injury, or loss arising from products or services purchased, to the extent permitted by law.

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KURO LINE VENTURES LLC, ZENPAWS UK, OR THEIR AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZenPaws, Kuro Line Ventures LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against losses, damages, liabilities, or third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from (1) your breach of these Terms or documents incorporated by reference, (2) your violation of law or third-party rights, or (3) your access to or use of the Services.

We will notify you of covered claims, subject to any prejudice caused by a failure to provide prompt notice. We may control the defense and settlement of covered claims at your expense, and you agree to cooperate in the defense.
